Setting up your receipt format is very simple!
After installing the app, simply input the required information in the "Settings" section of the "SAKU Simple Receipt" app displayed on the left side of the admin screen.
Input items include:
- Company Name
Please enter your company name or store name.
By default, the store name will be pre-filled. - Company Information
This is where you enter your company address, phone number, etc. If left blank, the billing address, phone number, and contact email address registered with Shopify will be automatically displayed.
If you need to include an invoice number, it's recommended to put it here. If you only enter the invoice number, the automatically displayed company information will disappear, so please manually enter the company information along with the invoice number. - Remarks Information
This content will appear in the "Remarks" section at the bottom of the format.
If no specific remarks are needed, leaving it blank is fine. - Theme Color
You can set the color of your receipts. It's recommended to choose a color that matches your store's branding.
You can select a color from the color palette or specify a color in HEX format.
By simply specifying one color, the format's color settings will be complete. - Text Color for Color Background
The default setting is "White," but if you set a light theme color, please select "Black." - Company Logo
The company logo will be displayed above the company name.
You can upload images in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format.
- Company Seal
This is where you set your company's square seal.
If you set your created electronic seal here, it will appear after the company information.
If it looks difficult to read due to overlapping with the company information, you can make it more visible by slightly lightening the color of the electronic seal before registering it.
