Other receipt apps have been difficult to use, with some issues including "high fees due to the inclusion of functions other than issuing receipts," "not supporting reduced tax rates," and "inconsistent formatting layers."
SAKU Simple Receipt has all the features you need to do business in Japan, but it has stripped out all the other features, making it affordable (starting from $3.99/month) so that anyone can use it easily.
We asked a designer to supervise the formatting, and paid particular attention to margins and layers.

In addition to receipts, you can also issue invoices, estimates, and delivery notes.
To keep costs down, we do not incorporate any unnecessary printing processes, and all forms can be printed by the customer themselves from the order page after payment has been made.

As this app is made in Japan, it is of course compatible with the invoice system and reduced tax rates.

Existing customer accounts will be partially supported.
It is expected that all future Shopify transactions will be migrated to "new customer accounts."
Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of providing the app, we only partially supported "traditional customer accounts" and reduced development costs.Regarding support for existing customer accounts, we currently support the Dawn/Rise/Studio themes, as display errors may occur depending on the theme.

The configurable items are as follows:

Since we aimed to create a simple receipt with minimal functionality, there is only one format and it cannot be changed.
The format color can be changed, and if you select a store color or other color using the color picker, the format will change to a color that matches that color.
We've set it up so that you can select one color and it will adjust the color of the entire format, eliminating the need for fine-tuning colors. -
You cannot embed a receipt directly in the notification email, but you can embed a link to your customer page in the notification email and have customers download the form from there.
