Changes on July 9, 2026
In response to customer requests, we have implemented an additional development to display "Payment Date" below "Transaction Date" on the top right of receipts and other forms.
For external payments, the date when payment is confirmed by the external payment provider will be reflected in this field. Furthermore, for Shopify's standard manual payments (such as Shopify's own bank transfer settings or cash on delivery, which are payment methods not involving a payment service),due to the system not having a way to acquire the actual date when money was moved,we have decided to display the date when the status was changed to "Paid" in the store admin screen as "Payment Confirmed Date".
Previous Specification
Only "Transaction Date" displayed on the top right of receipts and other forms.
New Specification
"Payment Date" displayed below "Transaction Date".
For Shopify's standard manual payments,the date when the status was changed to "Paid" in the store admin screen is displayed as "Payment Confirmed Date".
