Below, we’ll explain how to add the app to your theme.

 

【New Customer Accounts】

1️⃣ Add the App

Log in to Shopify and go to “Online Store” → “Edit Theme” to open the theme editor.

Click “App embeds” on the left side and turn ON the “SAKU Simple Receipt” app.

2️⃣ Go to “Customer Accounts”

From the top menu, click “Home” → “Checkout and Customer Accounts” to access the checkout settings.

From the top menu, go to “Checkout” → “Customer Accounts: Order Status” to open the order status settings.

3️⃣ Add the App Block to “Order Status”

Add the “SAKU Simple Receipt” block from the list on the left, and the download buttons for receipts and other documents will appear.

You can change the button position by dragging the “SAKU Receipt” block up or down in the left-side list.

Be sure to click the “Save” button in the top right when you’re finished.

Note: On this settings page, clicking buttons such as “Receipt” will not show a preview of the receipt format.
To check the actual layout, please create a customer account, log in through the live store as a customer, and view it there.
